Construction

Scheduling of construction and subtrades Excavation and foundation work Utilities (temporary power; gas, electrical, water, etc.) Backfill and grade Tamlin House Package is Delivered to Site Construction of first floor framing, subfloor, walls (log, timber frame, or conventional frame), and roof system supervision and/or building support available Installation of doors, windows, exterior siding and roofing Completion of the lock up house package or shell so house is weatherproof and dry inside Complete interior finishing, electrical, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Move in!
