Tamlin International Homes began in 1977 as Tamlin Construction, which specialized in general contracting of custom residential homes in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Excellent service and a dedication to detail led to the completion of a wide variety of high-end homes on the city’s west side, as well as many homes on the Gulf Islands of BC’s west coast.

Bob Moir, Peter Moir, and Peter Illsey are the founding principals of Tamlin International Homes, and bring 100 years of combined experience to the company. All three gained their expertise by working as journeyman framers and general contractors. Marketing director Paul Tabuchi and architectural technologist Chris Lynn, each with 15 years experience in the housing industry, became partners in 2003.

Rapid growth resulted in the purchase of our 12,000 sq. ft., 2-acre head office in Langley, BC, equipped with warehousing, shipping, design, and sales services.
